Key Points:

Main duties include; assisting with management duties involving operations, employee staffing, interacting with customers and taking orders, standing for long durations of time, mixing dough, making icings/frostings, baking and decorating a lot of cookies, keeping the store clean, and oh, did we mention you will get to bake a lot of cookies?! Our weekly rotating menu provides an exciting way to test your artistic skills on dressing cookies, preparing orders quickly and creating a fun environment for you and your fellow Crew Members!

We will train the right person who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way and wants to be part of our successful team as a Shift Lead.

Successful Candidates Will:

- Always provide a world class positive customer experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

- Have an adaptable work style to under pressure situations.

- Respond positively and effectively to feedback from management, but more importantly our customers.

- Be comfortable standing for the entirety of your shift. Paid breaks are given throughout the entirety of your shift in which down time isn't always promised but finding time for a break between duties is manageable.

Position Specific Requirements:

- Measuring/combining ingredients, using standing mixers, large double door ovens and other commercial kitchen equipment.

- Decorating and displaying finished product in a quick, concentrated manner.

- Greeting customers, answering questions and phone calls, making recommendations, and accepting orders/payments.

- Communicates inventory, production levels and delivery orders to other fellow shift leads/management.

- Cleaning and restocking workstations to set up next shifts for success. This is a key requirement to keep up with corporate quality checks along with manager/owner expectations.

Operations:

**** Ideal Hours: (Open to work between these start and end hours)

2:00pm/3:00pm - 10:00pm/12:00am

Hours of Operation:

- Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-10:00PM

- Friday- Saturday: 8:00AM-12:00AM

- CLOSED SUNDAYS

Staff/Employee Hours:

*** We are looking for a Shift Lead that is eager to help make the store prepped and established throughout the day and night shift with the weeks cookies. This person will be great in time management, quality and speed and growing our night crew together over positivity and hard work! We try to be as flexible as possible to help you enjoy working with us.

Company Introduction

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking.
