Digital Marketing Manager

Job purpose

Responsible for driving both customer acquisition and customer retention strategies for Crumbl Cookies. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing, overseeing, and managing digital marketing tactics and strategies that advance the organization's mission. 

This is a high-impact role in driving new customers to Crumbl across hundreds of locations and building awareness/excitement for the Crumbl brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities: The role of the Digital Marketing Manager will be to assist the Digital Marketing Director in growing Crumbl’s online presence across various digital marketing initiatives. Your primary role will be to support the Director of Digital Marketing with:

  • Leverage paid channels to drive new customers into existing and opening stores
  • Leverage Facebook/Insta, TikTok, Google ads and other ad platforms to improve store performance on a national level. 
  • Work with the creative team to design and deploy paid acquisition strategies
  • Work with the Customer Retention Manager to help improve loyalty and retention of new and existing customers 
  • Improve the SEO visibility of local pages in search results
  • Set up, monitor, and measure ad performance week-to-week and month-to-month
  • Help streamline processes to create more efficient execution of digital marketing campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Leverage project management software to organize and prioritize tasks week-to-week and to keep the team updated
  • Reporting and updates: Use various tools for reporting on Crumbl locations’ pages and performance

Qualifications

  • Must have 3 years of marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with managing large social ads budgets and setting up ads to maximize CAC
  • Knowledge of digital ads best practices
  • Understanding of paid media advertising (emphasis with Meta, TikTok, and Google is preferred)
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or a similar field is beneficial but not required
  • eCommerce experience is a plus
  • Interested in learning to use various digital marketing tools
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (PMAX, search, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads manager, TiKTok Ads manager, Twitter and other paid social platforms. 
  • Exceptional writing and organization skills
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter—someone who takes initiative with a natural drive to get things done
  • Fun-loving & creative personality with a spirited sense of humor
  • Passion for knowledge and education
  • Results driven 

Working Conditions

This is an in office position. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
