Qualifications
We are looking for a local (Brentwood, TN or commutable area) employee to help support our IT applications and hardware support. We will be looking for some general IT Support techs These people will support Ring Central Phones, Mimecast E-mail filtering, O365 apps, Outlook, Active Directory (groups, users, passwords, etc.), Remotely troubleshooting Windows, Hardware, etc., MS Teams, Printing, etc.Responsibilities
- Supports applications and Microsoft Office SaaS environment.
- Manages and coordinates hardware installation, configuration, repairs, and end user support.
- Communicates with customers and end users of varying technical expertise and addresses their concerns.
- Uses data/analytics to drive insights and improve the end user experience, then tracks/reports metrics daily (e.g., on productivity, issue trends, timely closures, satisfaction).
- Contributes to improvement of tools to make user support delivery easier and more efficient.
