The Impact You Will Have:

As the Marketing Data Analyst at Crucial Learning, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data across our marketing channels to uncover insights, growth opportunities, and process improvements. Data plays an important role in helping us understand what's working well and where improvements can be made. With access to the right data, we can work smarter and grow faster. In this role, you will be at the center of our decision-making process as you collaborate with people across the organization to help us gather, surface, and analyze the right data.

Responsibilities include determining the right data logic, building dashboards, improving marketing attribution data, and monitoring insights across Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and others, while building reports and data cards in Domo, our data visualization platform.

This role requires great communication and presentation skills to relate data and insights in an understandable and actionable way.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to ensure consistency in data definitions and sources.
• Respond to and prioritize data requests and projects.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across various marketing activities and platforms (i.e. Google ads, social media, email, website traffic, events, etc.) and make recommendations for optimization.
• Simplify complex data into straightforward insights to guide marketing decisions and strategies.
• Facilitate data integrations between our various platforms, involving complex data workflows.
• Share best practices with others and promote cross-functional learning.
• Oversee data governance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data within reports and dashboards.
• Take ownership of data-related problems or questions and surface solutions/answers.
• Communicate priorities and progress to cross-functional stakeholders for all marketing analytics projects.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a data analysis and visualization role, preferably in B2B.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
• Experience with campaign analysis, lifecycle analysis, attribution modeling, database health and management, forecasting, Domo dashboards, and ETL experience.
• Strong preference for someone with experience using Domo to create reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with data sourced from marketing platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and GA4.
• Experience with paid media and search engine marketing (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, SEO).
• Experience developing and maintaining SQL queries.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, using advanced formula/functions.
• Communication and presentation skills, ability to present data and insights in an understandable and actionable way.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
