Patient Population:

Patients of varying ages, including infants, children, adolescents, and adults, who are receiving outpatient services related to pregnancy care and family planning services.

DUTIES

• Identifies the attitudinal, environmental, and economic barriers to the provision of quality health care and coordinates care to minimize the effects of these barriers.
• Prepares the procedure room, maintains a safe environment during the procedure, and provides care to the patient undergoing an outpatient procedure.
• Assists in obtaining supplies and organizing resources to ensure efficient delivery of quality care to all clinic patients.
• Assumes a leadership role in the multidisciplinary team to ensure that care is provided in a consistent manner.

REQUIREMENTS

ACLS, BLS, PALS

Previous preop/pacu experience preferred

Current licensure to practice Professional Nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania OR an active Graduate Registered Nurse Permit issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
