Crossroads Treatment Centers is Hiring a Full Stack Developer Near Greenville, SC

Position Summary: The Data Engineer/Full Stack Developer will enhance the current data environment by leveraging data engineering technology to transform large amounts of data into rich and meaningful insights. This role requires the build and design of platforms and digital dashboards leveraged through the company's current technological structure and licensures. The Data Engineer/Full Stack Developer will partner with Enterprise Analytics' stakeholders to solve complex data challenges while designing and implementing data processing and transformation-at-scale. The Data Engineer/Full Stack Developer will enable smarter, more innovative uses of healthcare data by building robust data pipelines and implementing data best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned.

  • Design, build, and maintain complex models and databases to support large data migration and fully integrated solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain API infrastructure that allows for modern integration methods between applications and third-party services
  • Own front-end and back-end development of data infrastructure and applications
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of data infrastructure and analytic tools/platforms
  • Migrate large data from multiple legacy systems and translate to current ready-to-use data
  • Code appropriate data scripts and build ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Establish a data cleansing process
  • Synthesize data while optimizing existing processes for enhanced reporting
  • Partner with company leaders and support key stakeholders and company departments by teaming on special projects
  • Enhance products and applications by identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions where relevant

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Proven track record as a Data Engineer/Full Stack Developer, or similar role with clear examples. The successful candidate will have in-depth understanding of database structure and principles, model buildout, ETL/ELT Processes, query design, visualization tools, and more. This role will be an expert utilizing SQL and/or Oracle sequences to establish a secure data flow bridge with current and future systems.

Education and/or Experience: BSc in Computer Science, Applied Data Science Analytics, Business Administration, or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience.

  • Strong knowledge of database development, solution modeling, data structures, algorithms, and modern design patterns
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Oracle, or similar
  • Data visualization technique and application for company relevant tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, and R)
  • Exposure to large data analysis and conversion
  • Experience integrating internal and third-party services into solutions
  • Experience building centralized logging and metrics-collecting infrastructure
  • Ability to make knowledgeable tradeoffs when translating resource and time constraints into design requirements
  • Strong knowledge of building quality RESTful APIs for internal and external products
  • Ability to work as part of an agile, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
