Licensed Practical Nurses help support Registered Nurse field staff in providing compassionate care to patients and families at the end of life. We are the people that show up, hold their hands and help people through the most difficult moments of their lives. Position Qualifications:

• 2 years of prior skilled LPN experience required
• An active unencumbered state LPN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
• Must have a reliable car for transportation
