Hospice Quick Response CNA's participate in the documentation of care, patient response, and observations made during hands-on nursing care when visiting patients and families during end of life.

Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have current, state CNA certification.
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
• Competitive industry pay of $30/hour.
