Description Responsibilities - Handle and enter confidential client information - Process new account applications - Process supplemental forms and client investment account requests - Manage client requests - Provide client service/account maintenance - Receive and prioritize directives from multiple advisors - Manage schedules and meetings for 3-4 financial advisors - Collaborate with other Executive Assistants professionally Requirements Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to prioritize and meet daily deadlines - Proactive problem-solving nature - Strong aptitude for learning and utilizing new technology (5 systems/apps daily) - Positive attitude - Works well with a team - Strong organization and multitasking abilities - Self-starter mentality - Strong follow-up skills Experience - Office administrative or client relationship experience - Customer service experience - College degree preferred but not required - Familiarity with financial services terminology and account management Physical Qualifications: •Be able to lift &/or carry up to 25 lbs.
