About the Role

This role will be responsible to strongly influence and lead the company’s learning and development programs, and seminars that impact the field leadership, office staff, and management to improve individual skills and organizational performance. Additionally, this role will analyze organizational training needs or evaluate the effectiveness of the learning experience by providing expertise in program design, development, implementation, instructional delivery, and process improvement.

Essential Duties

  • Build relationships with all management, leadership, and stakeholders to best understand the business needs and provide guidance on how to accomplish learning and development goals.
  • Identify the needs assessment for existing initiatives and challenges that support field and office staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance & growth.
  • Creatively design and develop training programs, and curriculum by partnering with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training and learning experience objectives.
  • Facilitate various learning events, programs, workshops via multiple learning methods, such as On The Job Learning (OJL), Face-To-Face (F2F), Mentorship & Coaching, Online Led Learning (Virtual & Mobile) and other blended formats.
  • Assist in evaluating all learning and development initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Perform administrative tasks that support the department in maintaining training records, certifications, licensing, course scheduling, enrollment, classroom set up, and equipment set up.
  • Secondary administrator of the learning management system (LMS), including manage all compliance data, testing, publishing, and delivery of content; compile and publish & distribute all reports to include outcomes, progress, certifications, and training record profiles to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support each local career development team by partnering with all necessary stakeholders in creating an eco-system that communicates awareness of employee development, career pathways, available resources, company applications, and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with traditional learning styles, training delivery methods and techniques including on-the-job, virtual, classroom, and hybrid learning.
  • Experience with integrating new applications, processes, tools, methods, and industry best practices into training programs.
  • Skills in project management and producing accurate-timely projects of varying scope and budget.
  • Great listening and communication skills to include verbal and written.
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solution identification and implementation.
  • Ability to prioritize overlapping projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Environment, Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Normal office environment
  • Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing of Computer Screen
  • Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Reaching above Shoulder.
  • Involves frequent contact with other employees.
  • May require periods of overnight travel
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry/move up to 15lbs
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to complete job duties proficiently while adapting to changing demands and priorities

Education, Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Training & Education, Human Resources, or related degree field
  • In lieu of the above requirements, 3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in use of MS Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, One Note, & Teams)
  • A valid driver’s license is required
