BASIC PURPOSE: System Analyst with primary focus on analyzing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems to meet the business needs and scale as business grow. Implement computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing, and testing standards and solutions. Develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. Control solution by establishing specifications and coordinating with programmers. Validates results by testing programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ·System analysis and specifications development ·Product support ·Coordination with internal business/product teams and external job board vendors ·Testing of API, Mobile, Website/CMS work, SQL queries for data verification ·Management/Configuration/Administration of product analytics tools, technology tools used in portal, mobile and websites. E.g. Segment, Mixpanel, Google analytics, Airship. ·Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow ·Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements ·Manage the set-up and configuration of systems ·Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process ·Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed ·Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms ·Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs ·Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience 4-6 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages Excellent analytical skills Experience of product support Good understanding of API, CMS and mobile technologies Experience of using SQL and writing queries on your own Experience with use of API testing tools like Postman Experience with administration of analytics tool Experience with 3rd party technology vendors coordination Experience with configuration of product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google analytics Experience with CDP tools like Segment
