Croissante Artisan Bakery is Hiring a Baker Near Santa Clara, CA
We are seeking a Baker to join our team and help provide fast, efficient service in our café. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating kitchen equipment and setting up display cases, as well as excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service ( but not requiered). This is an excellent opportunity for a Baker to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is crucial and mistakes are costly, and we're looking for team players who love working with food!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in order to take and process orders.
- Be able to stand and walk long periods of time.
- Possess basic math skills to solve math problems and balance money.
- Work under pressure when the café is busy.
- Follow recipes accurately when preparing foods.
- Approach customers with a friendly attitude.
- Wash dishes in a timely manner because dirty dishes become infectious after 48 hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
