CRM Web Solutions, LLC is Hiring an Implementation Specialist Near Irving, TX

LineLeader is looking for an experienced Customer Success Advocate to manage and grow our customer base. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will use a combination of tools to help get new users started, learn about their business and customer experience needs, and ensure that they know how to use our software to their maximum benefit. Their successes will feel like yours. You are empathetic to their specific business processes and can craft communication and education tailored to each customer.

Primary Purpose and Function:

The Services Specialist will work with our newest customers, ensuring successful configuration of our product for our SMB clients. The Services Specialist’s primary objective is the ensure product configuration, data importation, and system integrations are setup in an accurate and timely manner. To be successful in this role the Services Specialist should have knowledge of our Enroll, Engage and Manage software including all features that transcend the client base. As an Services Specialist, you will work closely with the Services Manager as well as Sales to plan, coordinate and execute implementation activities including but not limited to: system creation, reviewing workflows, importing client data, connecting or implementing client website to CRM and acting as the technical consultant when needed. Along with providing accurate and efficient setup, the Services Specialist will meet both team and personal goals as defined by the Professional Services Manager.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain required implementation artifacts including rate sheet and age groups, project timeline and schedule, proper documentation of progress in Hubspot, if applicable the client data import.
  • Manage timely completion of Enroll, Engage, and Manage work orders.
  • Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge over all LineLeader products and partner integrations.
  • Follow the established policies, procedures and workflows outlined for successful client implementation.
  • Assist with the formal handoff from sales to professional services team.
  • Answering client phone calls to conduct screenshares in order to present customer expectations.
  • Continually strive to improve the Services Organization processes by enhancing best practices and proactively identifying areas of improvement.
  • Consistently achieving performance goals month over month.
  • Contribute to ongoing internal content creation, documentation and client account audits.
  • Successfully organizing your work and schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Having great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization from center directors to top management.
  • Maintaining professional and product knowledge.

Knowledge and Skill

(REQUIRED)

  • 1 years of supporting customers in a SaaS/Software environment
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce.com)
  • Knowledgeable in the use of the internet (functions, navigating, researching, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build relationships with Customers and internal teams
  • Demonstrates team-building style and has experience operating in a shared services model with proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Detailed-oriented with a positive and inquisitive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities

(PREFERRED):

  • College degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Implementation of Software as a Service product
