We are Cricket Wireless an AT&T Company. The job of a Retail Store Associate involves selling great products and unlimited wireless / cellular service to our customers and providing great customer service in a fun energetic environment. This is a specialized position in which, an individual is required to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strive to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events, flyer distribution, or promotions.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum one-two years retail experience in sales or customer service.

Minimum one 2 years experience handling cash transactions.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred).Bilingual (preferred).

Work EnvironmentStandard 30-40 hours workweek applies.

Shifts vary from day to evening,

Physical labor such as lifting and moving heavy boxes may be required.

Working hours will be spent on the sales floor
