Title: Dietary Aide
Job Duties: The dietary/culinary assistant, under the supervision of the director of dietary/culinary services, supports dietary/culinary will attend and participate in all appropriate mandatory in-service classes. They will follow the work schedule as assigned by the supervisor and perform other position-appropriate tasks as assigned. The dietary/culinary aide shall fulfill these responsibilities promptly to meet the daily mealtime service requirements.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma/or equivalent desired.
- Previous experience in food service preferred.
- Understands the basic principles of all common facility therapeutic and texture modified diets and properly serves foods designated for these diets.
About the Campus: Crestwood San Diego is home to our Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) and Hummingbird Healing House, a Social Rehabilitation Program, a transitional residential treatment program.
