Description

1. Responsible for the observation, reporting and management of clients at the treatment center and community housing as assigned.
2. Assisting the interdisciplinary team in all levels of care.
3. Completing technical log reporting for assigned shift.
4. Performs regular rounds and bed checks throughout shift.
5. Observes and conducts urine drug samples and alcohol swab tests.
6. Observes self-administration of medication and signs medication administration record to document medication compliance.
7. Cooperative and works well with all employees.
8. Maintains customer satisfaction through positive interactions with clients.
9. Transports clients to facility and to residence on a daily basis.
10. Transports clients to scheduled 12 step meetings daily.
11. Transports clients to ancillary service provider appointments as necessary .
12. Transports clients to all coordinated offsite activities including planned events, work/volunteer opportunities.
13. Supervises all client activities.
14. Complete incident reports as necessary.
15. Participate in staff meetings as needed.
16. Answer phone in courteous and professional manner and return all communication in a timely fashion.
17. Light cleaning at the Center as well as the resident houses as assigned.
18. Maintains and adheres to all policy and procedures respecting confidentiality of clients rights, anonymity, communication either written or verbal regarding clients identity and situation.
19. Follow all policies of Agency as applicable.
20. Facilitate group therapy sessions with clients daily.
21. Maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior at all times with clients, families and other professionals.
22. Communicate rights and expectations for behavior to clients in a consistent and respectful manner.
23. Performs other duties as assigned.
