What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Analyst position at Credit Suisse?
OCC Listed Options Operations supports clearing, trade reconciliation, and lifecycle management of option trades on listed options exchanges (via membership or agent relationship) for the CS group of companies. The role will support a variety of post-trade processes and tasks which will include trade and position reconciliation, trade re-cap and processing, collateral management, option expiration balancing and deliveries. This also will include the processing of adjustments and instructions into a variety of internal and external systems. The role involves significant contact with the various client support teams within CS and responding to inquiries received from different CS entities. Due to the risky nature of option products, this role will require working at a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy.

We are looking for applicants who possess a 4yr college degree along with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial products and an ability to multitask
- Phenomenal time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
- Capable of working in a high stress environment
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
