Credence Management Solutions is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Tysons Corner, VA

Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our Corporate H in Tyson's Corner, VA with occasional travel to Washington DC.

This role is a hybrid, 3 days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and 2 days work from home.

Responsibilities

Marketing and Communicaitons

  • Regularly refine and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company, proactively seeking input from various leads and projects across the company
  • Propose and undertake new strategies and approaches to expanding Credence’s audience and reach
  • Maintain a dynamic management plan and schedule to track various initiatives; and report out on status regularly
  • Draft, edit and/or distribute company-wide communications, as well as project-based communications and content for various production materials
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to understand their marketing and communications needs, and craft content for various communications
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team contributors

Graphics

  • Create basic graphics for projects, marketing materials, proposals, and proposal-based oral presentations
  • Build relationships with production vendors and be responsible for ordering banners, brochures, and other marketing materials for conferences, career fairs, etc.
  • Design, or work with a graphic designer, to produce various complex graphics for use in proposals or marketing materials

Social Media

  • Maintain, develop content, and update company website (using WordPress), and support project-based websites as needed
  • Ensure branding and messaging consistency, engage followers, and maintain consistent and engaging content across social media platforms and other content channels (i.e. website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Miscellaneous Other Tasks

  • Assist with the maintenance of a library of updated materials to support marketing, graphics, and project-based content
  • Support proposal efforts with compelling content, graphics visualization and creation, and various writing and editing support as needed
  • Perform other headquarters or project-based duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required with the possible ability to obtain a Federal clearance
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphc design, business, journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to monitor and manage multiple projects, editorial schedules, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and/or working knowledge with WordPress websites
  • Graphic design experience prefered, including using Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Self-reliant worker who proactively brings ideas to the table
