Creator by Zmags is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Boston, MA
Core Responsibilities include:
- Provide accounting support in the following areas: general ledger, deferred revenue, and customer invoicing
- Handle accounts payable: vendor processing, check runs
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP
- Support revenue by creating sales orders and revenue schedules, working in HubSpot to close approved sales orders, monitoring and invoicing customer subscription renewals
- Apply weekly customer payments and prepare / support cash forecasting, reconcile operating cash accounts
- Month end duties: reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, revenue trends by customers and other items given by Global Controller.
- Gathering information and participate in the annual audit, supporting the Global Controller
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in accounting or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience, preferably in a high technology / software company
- Intacct experience a plus; Foreign currency experience a plus
- Attention to detail and open to working on projects
