Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with other Departments within the company to handle requests
Track and prepare monthly utility bills for payment
Track and approve invoices for payment
Desired Experience/Education:
Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma
Skill in reading, understanding, and applying applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Proficient in MS Office (MS Outlook, Excel, MS PowerPoint, and TEAMS), and SharePoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time
Maintenance or Construction experience a plus
Available for Emergency response during Hurricanes and major events
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to comply and pass a background check as required by the contractor
Must be able to physically move through the worksite
Must be able to stand for long periods as well as stoop, squat, lift, carry, and push
