Creative Learning Systems is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Longmont, CO

With our SmartLab Learning products, CLS partners with the most innovative school leaders nationwide to provide personalized, project-based learning experiences and environments that increase a student’s capacity through engaged, active, and social problem-solving.

The CLS Sales Team is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to schedule high quality, meaningful introductory meetings with key decision makers in the assigned territory. Working with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Team members and Leadership Team members the successful BDR will learn how to effectively prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas within K-12 public and private schools.

After training you will
  • Make contact with and create ongoing communications with potential customers on a daily basis through a combination of phone calls, video conferencing, and email
  • Learn and effectively communicate the Creative Learning Systems value story and messaging
  • Understand the different buyer personas within a school/district and how we can support their initiatives
  • Continue to build your sales skills and industry knowledge
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Salesloft Engagement platform to manage all prospecting activities
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with your field sales counterparts
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and goals for scheduling introductory meetings for the sales team
  • Use creativity to innovate new ways to reach decision-makers within K-12 schools
