Job Description:
You will be providing Technical Support to external clients troubleshooting issues relating to networks, wireless connectivity & devices, systems, servers, etc. If you have experience working in a technical support or help desk environment, enjoy providing great customer service, and want to be a part of a fast-growing company helping the community, this may be a great opportunity for you!
Preferred Experience:
- 1 years of Help Desk or Tech Support experience utilizing a ticketing system or managing a ticket queue.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues and networks/server issues
