Position: IT Support Technician
CFS is partnering with a growing, family-owned retail company that is looking to hire an IT Support Technician based in their corporate office in Muskegon, MI. They have 60 locations in the Midwest and supply a wide variety of products including clothing, footwear, automotive and lawn and garden.
The IT Support Technician will work closely with various departments to provide technical support and assistance for all offices, warehouses, and store environments, focusing on information and digital systems and databases.
Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution for 1st and 2nd level service tickets.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Work with 3rd party vendors to monitor and report issues.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
Requirements & Education:
- Experience working with Windows Operating System.
- Knowledgeable of basic networking (TCP,UDP, DNS,DHCP, IP Addressing, etc.)
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and POS.
- Knowledge of ERP software is preferred.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
