Crazy Italian Pizza is one of the fastest growing nationally branded Convenience Store food service programs in the U.S. We offer a complete turn-key pizza and wing program which has no franchise, royalty, or marketing fees. Once a new Crazy Italian Pizza location is opened, our products are delivered to our customers through select distribution partners who in turn sell these products to their consumers.

Crazy Italian Pizza is in a tremendous growth phase and is seeking experienced candidates for the Business Development Manager position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to three years' experience in business development, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a high energy level that can consistently meet monthly sales goals. The individual will have a solid understanding of our competitive environment and plays a proactive role in the development of our business plan.

This is a high-potential opportunity which includes base salary plus pay-for-performance uncapped commissions, along with reimbursed expenses.

The successful Candidate will:

• Respond to company generated leads and self-generate leads through cold calling and networking.

• Possess a high level of interpersonal communication and presentation skills, participating in networking events such as industry trade shows, distributor sales meetings, etc.

• Work within a high-performance and fast paced environment.

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, laptop computer, smart phone, and dependable vehicle.

• Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Have general sales and/or restaurant sales experience.

• Have a distinct advantage with knowledge of Convenience Store industry.

• Exhibit unquestionable integrity with ambition and result-oriented work ethic.

As a Business Developer, you will spend your days seeking out and spending time with potential customers in their locations, cooking samples of our products, presenting our program through a professional, consultative presentation, and conducting the training of the newly opened location employees on all aspects of running a successful pizza and wing business.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $41,600.00 - $65,000.00 per year
