Cranial Technologies is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Tempe, AZ

Cranial Technologies is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR department. The HR Coordinator role is a highly visible opportunity for an organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual! Our ideal candidate is flexible, curious, resourceful and creative!

This person will respond quickly and with good judgment to a variety of situations and handles sensitive information in a professional manner, working with staff at all levels of the organization. The HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for organizing special projects and events, planning travel and handling all administrative duties that keep a Human Resources department running smoothly!

Cranial Technologies, headquartered in Tempe, AZ, manufactures the DOC Band®, a customized medical device that reshapes babies’ heads. You would be an important part of a growing team that changes babies’ lives.

This position requires training in person and then shifts to a hybrid schedule of remote and in-office work. Candidates must be local to the Phoenix/Tempe metropolitan area to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Entry and maintenance for company training database, tracks and reports on employee status on required training
  • Maintains and updates HR intranet page using SharePoint
  • Books travel for interviews and training across the entire organization
  • Prepares reports and other administrative duties as necessary
  • Assist with Ad Hoc HR projects
  • Organize HR-related files and documents to comply with records retention requirements
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
