Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Software Engineer I to join our high performing Software Design Verification Team in Burbank, CA.
Position Summary:
To develop and verify safety critical real-time embedded flight software in compliance with DO-178C. To maximize product performance by developing, designing, validating, and verifying software according to requirements and design specifications. Participate in engineering design review and testing of embedded software products.
This position is eligible for our Crane Flex Hybrid schedule which allows for the option of up to 2 days/week of work-from-home. Some conditions apply which will be discussed during the interview process. Full policy to be provided after hire.

Salary range: $80,974 to $97,656. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
