Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CBS) Manager in Lynnwood, WA.

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, a.k.a. Crane Business System Manager (CBS), you will facilitate the establishment of Operations Excellence principles throughout the organization. This includes coaching and mentoring to ensure timely completion of quality and/or cost focused projects. You will apply operational improvement tools to identify key problem drivers/root causes to achieve business process improvements. The CBS Manager acts as an in-house consultant, working closely with management and all other areas of the organization to attain goals aligned with Crane’s Strategic Deployment Plan. As CBS Manager you will coordinate kaizen schedules, identify projects and activities, validate benefits and recommend resources and team members.

Salary range: $119,350 to $160,867. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
