Crane Aerospace and Electronics has a unique and exciting career opportunity for a Business Analyst II at our Lynnwood, WA.
Job Summary:
The Analyst, Sales Tools and Processes must be a leader with superior communication, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to help develop best practices through Crane Aerospace & Electronics. The Analyst is responsible for supporting and continually improving the sales opportunity funnel process through our CRM tools. The analyst is also responsible for gathering, synthesizing, and developing business recommendations based on data analysis and assisting the sales team in positioning the company within chosen market segments using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
This position is eligible for our Crane Flex Hybrid schedule which allows for the option of up to 2 days/week of work-from-home. Some conditions apply which will be discussed during the interview process. Full policy to be provided after hire.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications :
· Experience: Experience with sales funnel tools, processes and exposure to Lean methodology
· Knowledge: Familiarity with Data Analytics software (Power BI) preferred
· Skills/Abilities: Superior quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; Demonstrated project management and reporting skills; Exceptional oral and written communications skills; Demonstrated advanced analytical skills; Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI); Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and opportunities and to implement effective improvements and control plans; Ability to present to all levels of management with supporting analysis and assumptions
· Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in technical field or business/finance, MBA desired

·Power BI or equivalent data visualization
·Lean and continuous improvement methods

Salary range: $102,214 to $124,954. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
