Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking to hire a Customer Account Manager in Elyria, OH.
Job Summary:
The Customer Account Manager (CAM) has the primary responsibility for managing the all commercial activities with assigned OEM customers while working cross functionally to manage Crane Aerospace risk and liability on both sustaining and development programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in complete OEM customer management throughout the product lifecycle, development of commercial proposals, working as a team to develop and execute customer growth strategies, and nurturing and strengthening critical customer relationships throughout all organizational levels. The role requires the ability to work with peer groups to ensure that the needs of the customer are being met or exceeded, flow down of customer requirements is timely and accurate, and the Voice of the Customer is communicated and drives the internal organization’s behavior. The position is the key to maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction while driving business growth.
The CAM position requires a strong business acumen, leadership and problem-solving skills working with large, cross-functional teams to ensure that the requirements of the business, contracts and customers are being met. This position has a direct impact on the revenue and profitability of Crane Aerospace and Electronics.
This position is eligible for our Crane Flex Hybrid schedule which allows for the option of up to 2 days/week of work-from-home. Some conditions apply which will be discussed during the interview process. Full policy to be provided after hire.
