Job Details

Job Location: Boise - Boise, ID
Salary Range: Undisclosed

General Description: Manages sales activities of assigned team by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned team of Sales Reps/ASR and responsible for building positive business relationships with retailer, supplier partners and internal personnel to grow volume and market share in assigned district.
  • Responsible for coaching/mentoring your team by conducting Work-Withs with your Sales Reps/ASRs each month and provide work-with recap to your team members to include by account objectives, successes and provide timeline to complete necessary task.
  • Responsible for reviewing team sales routes to ensure Sales Reps are most efficient in growing territory in an effective manner.
  • Responsible to ensure Sales Reps/ASRs are calling on assigned retail accounts on regular call frequency to sell volume, new distribution, management of shelf space, pricing, point of sale and merchandising.
  • Responsible for presenting sales presentations to assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining high level of quality assurance standards for all products by properly training team to maintain inventory levels, rotation of product and adhering to the CSB QA policy.
  • Introduction of new brands/packages to increase space for CSB products.
  • Responsible for developing daily/weekly pre-plans and follow up with daily/weekly successes to the Sales leadership to attain pre-set budget and market execution goals.
  • Conduct weekly Team meetings and attend Sales Team meetings as scheduled.
  • Responsible for finalizing all team monthly/quarterly incentives by scheduled timeline.
  • Responsible for any other task that is assigned by the Director of sales/Sales Manager to assist you with your growth plan.
  • Role breakdown: Field/Market: 80%, Administration: 20%

Knowledge and Skills Required to Perform Duties:

  • Bachelors degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Ability to understand complex verbal and written communication
  • A high degree of professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Planning, prioritizing, organizational and good time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
