We are looking for an experienced sales individual who is passionate about beer to join our team. This is an exciting role where you will be expected to meet and exceed revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for an assigned territory, maximizing sales, successfully delivering sales presentations, managing retail conditions, and building strong customer relationships while expanding distribution of our portfolio of brands. This role has the opportunity for advancement as a Craftroads Sales Representative when appropriate.
Responsibilities/Skills
- Manage and promote our portfolio of brands within an assigned territory
- Assist in all resets of chain stores
- Ensure that all products are appropriately displayed and rotated, and code policy is followed at all assigned accounts
- Successful sale, distribution, and placement of all Craftroads products
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends
- Maintain check-in sheets and all invoices
- Maintain product standards, on hand inventory and proper rotation of products
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by being excessively committed and fully understanding of the beer industry and the clients beverage needs
- Manage account information accuracy including buyer contact(s) and current licensing data
- Achieve monthly goals and annual growth targets as assigned by management
- Must be well organized and results oriented with the ability to have strong problem solving
- Thrive working independently within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Maintain effective customer relations and promote the goodwill of the company.
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Attend all meetings as required
- Other duties as assigned
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Able to frequently lift 28 lbs. and occasionally 160 lbs.
- Monday through Friday (Nights and weekends as necessary)
- Travel 100% of time within assigned Indiana territory
- Must be 21 years of age (legal drinking age)
- Pass background check after offer has been extended
- Occasional holidays and weekends

Salary: $41,000.00 - $43,000.00 annually
