Based in Souderton, PA, we seek a full time or part-time Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist. Craft-Bilt is a 75 year old family-owned manufacturing company. We manufacture a number of product lines for the residential and commercial construction markets such as retractable awnings, sunrooms, aluminum and architectural glass railing, and aluminum waterproof decking. We recognize that our employees as our greatest asset and provide them with a great place to work!

Our Graphic Designer is an integral part of our marketing team and will work closely with internal and external customers including each of our dealer networks. You will be responsible for the design of our product literature, print, and digital marketing for our corporate identity and each of our brands.

JOB FUNCTIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a creative, degreed, experienced (5 years minimum) graphic designer who works in a Windows environment primarily using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You have a working knowledge of graphic design, branding, photography, and art direction in print, digital, and video.
  • Experience with CMS software, video software, Excel, and managing digitial assets is advantageous.
  • Ability to design, work with our team, and manage the complete process from concept to final production.
  • Develop designs that ensures the look, feel, demographic target, and objective of each brand is captured in all marketing materials and across all platforms (product literature, promotional collateral, landing pages, mass email, banner ads, social media graphics, tradeshow graphics, etc.).
  • Work with outside vendors, printers, agencies, and other third parties.
  • Consistently work to improve your skillset in design and technology and to improve our products and brands.
  • Contribute new and original ideas that will help better serve our dealers and consumers.
