JOB SUMMARY:

Greenbank Technology Limited is seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator. Reporting Directly to the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities will be providing administrative support to the Accounts department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Purchase ledger duties including getting approval for AP invoices and processing onto SAP
• Supplier payment runs
• Processing weekly cash expenses
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Creating project numbers for new spares orders
• Daily invoicing of spares projects
• Raising sales order acknowledgements for service projects
• Adding new customers and suppliers to the system
• Processing monthly credit card invoice
• Credit control
• Scanning, filing and archiving
• Answering incoming calls for the accounts department
• Covering for the team when needed
• Completing Ad hoc finance tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience of using SAP desirable
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
