We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to take responsibility for selling our services and taking EXCELLENT CARE of our customers. Responsibilities include helping with sales, dealing with customer inquiries, service offerings, and maintaining the sales channels (onsite and or virtually), signage, and displays; to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities.

For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics (e.g., this role includes but is not limited to managing e-mail and similar campaigns, monthly promotions, and creating, updating or maintaining marketing collateral).

Selected Job Duties (Sales Associate)

• Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner (virtually and or in-person)
• Assist customers on-site and or on the phone
• Respond to questions, direct customers to services offered by the firm, and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer SEERVICE
• Educate customers about current services and promotions
• Maintain superior knowledge of products and services
• Contribute to team's daily, monthly, and annual sales goals
• Update and maintain sales reporting systems
• Monitor, update and manage sales channels and platforms

Selected Job Requirements (Sales Associate)

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management
• Available to work a variety of hours (may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts)
• Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision
• Basic math proficiency
• Physically able to move, stand, reach, and grab for two consecutive hours or more (may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders) 
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated selling skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance

Selected Job Duties (Marketing)

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
• Assist with organizing promotional events
• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports (conjunction with sales)
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

Selected Job Requirements (Marketing)

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role (not required), but strong interest or entry-level (e.g, based on education track in marketing)
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field (not required), but strong interest or entry-level (e.g, based on education track in marketing)
