Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Advancement) program coordinator is responsible for implementing strategies around IDEA activities for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provides administrative/operational oversight of assigned program/project. Develop project/program goals, objectives and plans in collaboration with management. Oversee implementation of project plan, monitor, track and evaluate progress. Assist in development/management of department budget/finances. May manage/oversee work of staff and/or student workers. Conduct research, collect/analyze data, oversee data entry. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree and three years of experience. Strong communication skills. Accuracy and efficiency in managing work load. Ability to work independently and move along institutional initiatives with little supervision. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize organize and communicate effectively. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience or equivalent education and experience. Grade G10 Salary Range $47,300.00 - $78,200.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
