We are currently seeking a Nurse Case Manager for our Bailey Avenue residences.
The Requirements:
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse OR Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years experience working with persons with disabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of pertinent health resources.
- CPR Certification.
