United Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, Inc. d/b/a Constructive Partnerships Unlimited (CP Unlimited) is one of New York City's largest and most wide spread Community Living Organizations with programs dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities. 

CP Unlimited was formerly known as Cerebral Palsy Associations of NYS. Our new name better reflects our wide array of services and programs and the diversity of people with disabilities that our agency supports.

CP Unlimited operates an extensive community based living program, day habilitation programs, and community habilitation services. CP Unlimited focuses on giving people the personal, social, and vocational supports needed to live in their communities. Care coordination is provided to assist persons with disabilities and their families in gaining access to service and support appropriate to their needs. CP Unlimited also provides rehabilitation, nursing, vocational services, behavioral, dietary and Article 16 services including counseling, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Currently CP Unlimited is seeking a full time Evening Shift Supervisor in our Manhattan Community Living Program to provide the support and training necessary for direct care staff to achieve standards. Assists in the evaluation of direct care staff's performance and provides feedback, guidance and/or discipline, as appropriate. Assists the Program Coordinator in the development, implementation and monitoring of each program plan and for ensuring that all persons receiving services are afforded opportunities to participate in activities that promote individualization, independence, inclusion and, productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field (or a minimum of 5 years working with developmental disabilities) 

• Min of one (1) year experience working with developmentally disabled individuals

• Min one (1) year supervisory experience required

• Knowledge of HCBS Waiver IRA & ICF regulations

• Must be able to work a 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift daily and work flexible hours as needed, be on-call, and be able to provide weekend coverage as scheduled.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
