Then it’s time for you to apply to join the pack. You’ll incentivize Coyotes to work hard and exceed their goals. As a key member of our Compensation Team, you’ll calculate monthly commissions as well as other bonus payments. Essential Functions: Manage monthly compensation plan calculation process ensuring a high level of detail and solid understanding of plan components, calculation steps, and workforce movement. Collaborate with individuals across the business to deliver value added reporting and data driven solutions for compensation projects. Build and deliver solutions via any of the following mediums: SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), PowerPoint, Excel Workbooks and Tableau. Administer incentive compensation system & Workday advanced compensation. Prepare accruals for finance to track and budget for annual costs. Answer employee questions with urgency, care, and attention to detail. Create compensation maps to educate local management and HR teams on local compensation trends. Review recommendations for fairness and accuracy based on past performance, experience, and feedback. Audit data including plan participation, commission calculations, and bonus payments. Why Coyote?
