As we enter an exciting phase of our SaaS journey, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Global Technology Solutions team based at Eight Mile Plains (flexible working available). Leading a small team, you will be responsible for product roadmap execution for Covetrus Ascend as we take this cloud-based application to market this year. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, supporting Ux design, and ensuring the product is successfully delivered to market. As Senior Product Manager, you will: Lead the product management lifecycle focusing on analysing, positioning, defining and executing our SAAS for the APAC region. Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s needs and objectives, and be able to clearly evangelise product and feature value propositions to internal and external stakeholders Ensure the business (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support and success) understands the product - how it works, who it is intended for and the benefits it delivers. Support the definition of the product vision and strategy for a global market. Translate product strategy into a roadmap of features and requirements. Scope and prioritise features based on business and customer impact. Collaborate closely with UX on design and user testing. Embrace all feedback channels & product analytics and use this data to improve our product offerings. Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive adoption. Communicate product feature roadmaps, priorities and decisions clearly across a wide spectrum of audiences from internal teams to external stakeholders. Work hands-on with engineering and scrum processes to deliver projects on time. Identify opportunities and drive changes that improving the product management process, mentor and coach junior product managers. About You To be successful you will have; Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering or Business/Marketing (with an IT minor) combined with demonstrated three years experience working in product management. Demonstrated experience in an AGILE working environment ideally within the IT-enabled healthcare or animal health industry (though not essential). Demonstrated experience with On-Prem/Cloud hybrid solutions Key successes in problem solving and analytical thinking with an ability to navigate a fast moving environment across a variety of projects and technologies. Deep understanding of Agile product lifecycle; including planning, development, and implementation. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams, especially in highly leveraged, fast growth environments. Why Join Us?
