As we enter an exciting phase of our SaaS journey, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Global Technology Solutions team based at Eight Mile Plains (flexible working available). We’re expanding and super charging our existing storming team with more people to be able to accelerate our passion and ideas to more customers. You will act as the vital link between the product owners and engineering teams and be the go-to person for applying SCRUM practices to produce high quality work and assist with managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on agile methodologies. As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for: Helping smooth the transition as we add more teams to the project Managing the scope and timelines, based on product goals. Coordinating sprints, retrospectives, daily stand-ups and planning. Coaching team members in agile frameworks and guiding teams to higher scrum maturity. Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration. Working with product owners and managers to handle backlogs and priorities. Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur. Helping teams implement change effectively. Ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. Helping build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ and are passionate about the product and purpose of the company. Establishing and reporting on metrics relevant to communicating status and progression. About You To be successful you will have; Scrum master certification combined with demonstrated minimum four years expertise in a software scrum master role. Well-developed knowledge of scrum master techniques and artifacts as well as familiarity with software development. Experience in scaling teams in a pragmatic approach, understanding the real-world aspects of software deployment Strong communication skills and collaborative ability to work across multiple software teams. Problem solving and conflict resolution ability. Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle, including reviewing the Design Story Writing and QA stages. Demonstrated experience in an AGILE working environment ideally within the IT-enabled healthcare or animal health industry (though not essential). Why Join Us?
