- Set up and operate dish-machine and 3-compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing
- Note and record dish-machine temperatures
- Prepare food items in batches as close to serving time as possible
- Follow recipes and established standards
- Cook, maintain, and store all foods at required temperatures
- Assist with the organization and sanitation of coolers, freezers, and storerooms
- Assist in delivery of food to healthcare residents
