Overview

This position leads, monitors, and supervises the day-to-day activities of a functional group in a designated work area. This is a working lead position which means you must be able to perform the position responsibilities while working within the assigned labor group.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management support to the team, coordinates workloads, monitors issue and ensures production goals are met to meet the requirements of the customer.• Responsible for ensuring all employees within assigned work group are operating according to company standards.• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team• Provide guidance, support and training to new team members• Ensure adherence to all safety processes and protocols• Facilitate communication between Management and Team Members.• Develop work instructions

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills, and Abilities• Ability to teach, train, and develop associates • Ability to work well with others• Ability to fully carry out instructions• Ability to Multi-task• Strong verbal & written communication skills requiredEducation and Experience• Diploma or GED Equivalency• Prior RF Unit Experience preferred• 2 years' experience in a leadership role• Warehouse experience preferred
