The Contract Administrator will communicate with sales personnel, managers and executives across multiple business units, and will be responsible for tracking contract projects from initiation through execution. In addition to contract administration, the team member may perform other duties assigned by in-house General Counsel, or may be assigned special projects in coordination with other departments in the company.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sr. Director of Contract Administration and Legal Department.• Provide communication to Sales personnel regarding updates on contracts.• Track high volume of new projects in Contract Management System.• Organize contract file contents.• Read and record data from executed legal documents.• Run status reports and send inquiries to maintain records.• Assist in preparing documents to be fully executed.
