Point Sebago Resort

The Administrative Assistant will be the key team player to provide support to both the accounting and HR deparrment from April through October. This position requires weekend hours and someone who is full of energy and outgoing.

Reports to: Director or Finance

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Covers Window for all new hires and any accounting needs

• Flexibility to work weekends throughout the summer

• Tracking new hires being onboarded and handing out uniforms

• Assist HR Generalist in setting up and taking down training classes

• Responsibility of small cash management for any items purchased through accounting

• Varies accounting projects throughout the summer

• Additional duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
