Courtyard Marriott El Cajon is Hiring a Banquet Captain Near El Cajon, CA
- Attend weekly BEO meetings.
- Complete schedule for Bqt events 10 days out.
- Call bqt team members to confirm schedule.
- Point of contact during events.
- Assist and set up events as needed.
- Assist and tear down events as needed.
- Be proficient and able to work as a houseperson, waiter and or bartender as needed during events.
- Any additional tasks as assigned by the Assistant General Manager and or General Manager.
- Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room throughout shift
- Food Handlers Card Required
- TIPS and RBS certification required
- Be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
- Previous food and beverage experience
