CourseHorse is Hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative

CourseHorse is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. The Sales Development Representative prospects sales and qualifies leads for new and existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is someone who communicates quickly and effectively. This person will need to have incredible communication and organization skills to makes sure no client request falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure all new leads are responded to within 5-minute time-range - Quickly and effectively respond to new leads. Get clients the information they need to feel confident with their event purchase or book them in a free demo with one of our senior account executives.
  • Support current accounts – Work with a senior account executive to support accounts or leads by preparing relevant information or scheduling meetings/calls.
  • Customer support – Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Excellent English speaking skills
  • Familiarity of CRM system's is a big plus
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work full time, Eastern Time Zone hours
  • US Citizenship or authorization to work for US-based employer
