EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Deal with the general public, customers, and associates

Clean guest rooms

Vacuum hallways and take out your garbage

Wipe guest rooms walls and toilet base are trouble areas that need focus

Log stuff that may need fixing, Light bulbs out and carpet cleaning

Plan and organize your work for the day.

Learn to clean the room and get in a routine cleaning

10 min stay over service and 30 min full cleans

Change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.

If room status changes be able to add more rooms to your board if some rooms become stay over no service

Learn public area and laundry

Able to listen and learn the way of our housekeeping department

Speak and write clearly.

Accept full responsibility for managing and activity.

Do what you are told by a manager

Be available for work day shift 9 to 5, weekends and holidays 5 days a week

Able to stand for 8 hour working shift

Able to bend, stoop, and kneel for low area inspections.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Command of the English language, written and verbal.

Good vision, either natural or with corrective lenses

APPEARANCE AND GROOMING: All staff members are required to follow the guidelines set forth by the associate handbook.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, ability to write simple correspondence, ability to effectively present one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other staff members of the organization and hospitality community
