SUMMARY:
Classique Creations LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to help oversee our jewelry production operations. Under the general supervision of the department manager, you will be responsible for various aspects of production, inventory management, and organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in a jewelry environment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while anticipating needs several steps ahead.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 years of experience in a jewelry production environment -preferred
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office with advanced computer skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable in meeting deadlines
• Exemplary self-management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Punctual and professional demeanor

JOB RELATED DUTIES:

• Production Management: Assign work to subcontractors and follow up.
• Production Audit: Ensure orders are on track, communicate delays/issues, and work on process improvements.
• Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Inventory Management: Support with inventory and prepare materials for special orders.
• Financial Oversight: Review and approve invoices for payment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
