Through a cost segregation study, CSA identifies and reclassifies personal property from real property to accelerate the depreciation expense available to a real estate investor. CSA tailors its services to CPAs and other real estate and wealth advisors. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a new, in-office teammate to join our Sales department as a Sales Assistant. Our Sales team plays a vital role in CSA’s success by building and nurturing client relationships while maintaining our high standards for tax-compliant deliverables.
THE POSITION
The Sales department is primarily responsible for closing deals while maintaining client relationships. The main role of a Sales Assistant is to provide support to the Sales team by generating proposals, managing schedules, gathering documents, and communicating relevant information both internally and externally. The right candidate for this position is data-driven, customer service oriented, organized, and professional.
What you will do:
· Correspond directly with clients
· Generate proposals
· Review fixed real estate assets using documents such as costs and depreciation schedules
· Handle administrative duties and promote customer satisfaction
· Support the sales team by managing schedules, gathering documents, and communicating relevant information internally and externally
· Review final reports with original estimate for accuracy
· Other duties as assigned
