Pay: Commission sales position with commission sales pay of 20% except boat sales (boat sales at 15%) according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $8500 and increased earnings potential based on productivity/number of sales.

All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Paid Holidays: Pro Caliber Motorsports offers 2 paid holidays per year to Salespeople subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Responsibilities

• Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
• Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.
• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
• Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
• Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
• Attends sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
• Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
• Skill and ability to meet people and listen
• Ability to actively participate in team oriented process.
• Skill and ability to sell.
• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
